Ahmir Khalib Thompson, better known by the stage name “Questlove”, is the cofounder and leader of the popular band “The Roots”. His is the house band for “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon”. They have been playing with Jimmy since he began his run several years ago. Questlove came out some time ago as having been diagnosed with autism when he was younger. One quote, from an NPR interview, had him loving to watch things spinning when he was a child. He says that other traits in common with Aperger’s Syndrome plagued him also. So, yes, he does have autism.
