The daughters, and sons, of celebrities are often the cause of buzz—both kind and unkind. Emily Maynard was a contestant on the Bachelorette TV show and her daughter Ricki visited during the show. Ricki hid behind her mom and seemed to dislike the interactions she was forced to have with the various men on the show. It got some to wondering if she was autistic or had some sort of learning disability. Likely, as with most girls of seven, she was just camera shy. It is unlikely, seeing that her mother likes the spotlight, that a rumor of autism would have escaped notice.
