Is my child autistic or delayed?

Hi,
I have a friend who’s son was diagnosed with ASD. I suspect that my son has some of the symptoms as her son. My son is 3 1/2 years old but he’s still not conversal, he was 2 1/2 when he said his first word and until now he still cant construct a sentence, he’s also not fond of playing with other kids. However he says what he wants like pee, poops, eat, drink.. He also knows the alphabet and colors, he memorized numbers 1 to 100 both in words and numeral and he can read almost 400 words.

Can you help me with more symptoms and signs?
