Liam McDermott is the oldest son of American actress Tori Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott. There have been rumors that he may be on the autism spectrum, due to the fact that his parents participated in the 2009 LA Ride for Autism. His father, Dean, was the Grand Marshall for the event, saying that he was inspired to help after working with Jenny McCarthy, an actress who has publicly spoken of her son’s struggle with autism. There have also been paparazzi pictures of Liam with a hood pulled down over his face. There is no evidence that he is on the autism spectrum.
